Parents have a deciding voice in how the next generation is educated. It is your voice I am asking for in electing me to the CKSD Director of District 1. Our parents have a right to transparency in how their children are educated and who is educating them. The community has a right to know how their increasing tax dollars are spent educating the next generation of citizens. Our children have a right to a safe, harassment-free environment to learn the skills that will empower their future.
I have spent a career in healthcare engaging parents in the care of our most vulnerable children as well as serving in the Boy Scouts of America as an adult leader. I will bring that experience to bear in service to CKSD for parents, children, and the community. As a Transport Respiratory Therapist, I have seen the worst of what happens when we fail the youth of our community. I want to breathe new life into our school district, and I am asking for your vote to make that happen.
